WTC is the fastest-growing Bible college in the UK. Established with a view to bring world-class accredited theology study into the local church, WTC has 230 students on part-time courses studying at locations across the British Isles. The college is unashamedly charismatic: worship is a central focus, and it is normal for times of prayer and ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit to occur in the classroom.
Students take part in WTC courses from all walks of life and study alongside their family, church and work commitments. There are experienced professionals, church leaders and those who have done very little academic study before.
WTC currently offer three part-time courses in Kingdom Theology, accredited by the University of Chester:
From September 2013 we will also offer a full-time Foundation Degree in Kingdom Theology.
The WTC Teaching Faculty are an international group of academics and practitioners who combine their love of teaching with their love of God and a passion to see their students draw closer to Him and before more effective disciples.
WTC is run by Dr Lucy Peppiatt (Dean) who oversees the academic life of the college and Bill Westwood (Chief Operating Officer) who oversees the operational side.
WTC courses are currently run in the following locations, co-ordinated with local churches, with additional Hubs opening each year:
